  Worst customer service. Planned my day and and to save time I checked in online which showed 20 mins wait.. Reached the place 15 mins after check-in and was asked to wait. 3 others checked after me and saw my name 2nd in the list on the display. However they made me wait another 25 mins while they provided service to all others in the list until i was the only one left. Didn't have the courtesy to let me know what's going on. Well, online check-in probably means bottom of the list for them. Who knows how much longer they were gonna take before my turn.After such a waste of time didn't care to get a cut anymore and left. Never going there again.

  Worst customer service and the worst attitude. I am gonna complaint about this business in all possible ways. Don't go there . These are the people with no patience and they don't have time to listen what customer is asking for. They are professional in a way that they need just a number to cut the hair and they don't want to listen to customer if they don't know what number to cut.
  
  I am not leaving this here by just writing a review . i am trying every possible way to tell about this business to every one. I left this place without having hair cut as they don't want to listen to customer needs and if you ask more they are not willing to cut your hair. Absolutely time waste process.

  Went for the first time a few days ago. Couldn't be happier! Lovely gal named Peaches did an amazing job. She asked all the right questions and was extremely professional. I actually can't wait to go back!

  While very few employees there are decent stylists, the majority of them are absolutely horrible. Not only that, but they will yes you to death as you make requests but disregard all of them in the end.
