  ordered 3 different pies and there were problems with all of them...not very happy and will think twice before ordering from them again!

  I used to order from the Dominos uptown regularly and never had issues. Now I can only order from the one in midtown, and I have always had the same problem with them. They charge extra for marinara sauce and have never, in the 5 times I’ve ordered there, included it with the order. I stopped ordering from them for awhile but decided to give it another shot today, and it’s still the same thing. I don’t bother calling and notifying them because they always act as if I’m putting them out by asking for something I paid for. They send a delivery person who is usually arrives an hour later after everything is cold. I understand that they don’t want to send someone just to drop off sauce, but it’s not fair to customers when you don’t deliver the sauce in the first place, especially when you charge extra for it. I’ve even called and tried asking very nicely for them to include it since they never have before, but they still forgot it.
