  The receptionist is nice ,very politely. but the application procedure is not so clear. people there will feel confused once they are required to wait. After waiting for 1.5H in the line, i was told that my immigration record cannot be found and be asked to come back after 10days. i felt confused, insisted on requesting another staff to help me check, then they found it and said i could go and wait in the line again....well, you know...
