  Very upset over the service I recieved today with my diabled mom.Poorly trained driver in relation to handicap ramp unwilling to get out of his seat and tried to say ramp was broken which it wasnt .When I explained that I don't fit on lift with her and is dangerous for myself .Then pushes me to fit on with her (assault )I told him to get his hand off of me and he yelled than listen. Ive taken the bus with her for a while and have only encountered this twice with my mom in all that time . So upset and considering my options .
